Ms. Sylvia Sham is the Executive Director of CACPG. Sylvia provides CACPG with leadership in the vocal performing arts. Sylvia is an excellent singer and is frequently a judge in professional level singing competitions.
Sylvia is also an active dancer and does both solo and group dances. Sylvia is a court interpreter in the greater Atlanta area. She provides professional level interpretation and translation in the following languages: English, Mandarin and Cantonese.  She is a professional certified interpreter.
